Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino rose to fame on MTV's Jersey Shore, but behind the cameras, he was battling a severe addiction that threatened his career, relationships, and life. After years of struggle, multiple rehab attempts, and a federal prison sentence, Mike emerged transformed. Now with over 10 years of sobriety, Mike and his wife Lauren have dedicated their lives to helping others overcome addiction. Archangel Centers was born from their personal experience and unwavering belief that recovery is possible for everyone.

Our Charlotte center provides the full outpatient continuum. Medical detox and inpatient or residential care are coordinated through accredited partner facilities.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
The highest level of outpatient care, with a full clinical day of structured therapy and support while clients return home each evening.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Flexible outpatient programming with group therapy, individual counseling, and evidence-based treatment several days per week.
Outpatient Treatment (OP)
Lighter-touch continuing care with individual therapy, group programming, and relapse-prevention support.
Virtual Treatment
Secure telehealth outpatient care for eligible North Carolina residents with geographic or scheduling barriers.
Medication-Assisted Treatment
MAT combines therapy with Suboxone, Vivitrol, or Sublocade when clinically appropriate. Methadone is not used.
Integrated Dual Diagnosis
Substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions are treated together by the same clinical team.
